All The Feels Comfort Bags for Foster Care

Though Foster Love - Together We Rise is based out of Southern California, we love traveling across the country to give groups the opportunity to help out in their own communities. So when All The Feels invited us to St. Paul, Minnesota for a Sweet Case event, we packed our bags, hopped on a plane, and headed to the Land of 10,000 Lakes to give out comfort bags for foster care!

All The Feels hosted one of the most amazing events we’ve ever been to! 25 young volunteers decorated Sweet Cases™ inside a beautiful barn that’s normally a wedding venue. Every volunteer truly cared about the foster child receiving the Sweet Case, taking their time to decorate the duffles beautifully. The volunteers also added personal touches like taking Polaroid photos of themselves to include in the Sweet Cases. Some even wrote a heartfelt note in a journal to brighten the foster child’s day! All The Feels definitely lived up to their name, as every person there felt joy, compassion, and heartwarming kindness.

The volunteers had a blast feeling like models at a photo shoot, as our team was there to record the whole service project. In total, they decorated 50 Sweet Cases. We donated 25 to the Ramsey County Guardian Ad Litem Program, and the other 25 to Kindred Family Focus. Overall, it was a lovely event, and we would gladly brave a Minnesota winter to do it all over again!
