Bringing the Magic to the Girls

How do we help foster kids? Every girl deserves to be treated like a princess. It was a fairytale kind of day at the Together We Rise office in Brea, CA on Saturday, February 2, 2013. The night before, elves, fairies, and mice worked hard to turn the TWR office into a princess wonderland.

Our fairy godmother (or who we like to call Ohh! La, La! Couture) donated over 80 beautiful dresses, shoes, and jewelry to give these girls the royal treatment. Real Disney stars arrived to make the day even more magical! Alli Simpson, the face of the 2013 Impress Broadway Nails National Campaign, also Brand Ambassador for Pastry Shoes and Blogger, rolled out the red carpet for the little princesses to feel extra special. Finally, the princes of IM5 came and fitted the girls with shoes just like Cinderella and her glass slipper.

Ohh! La, La! Couture, Kids In Distressed Situations, Pastry Kicks, Hubert’s Lemonade and many other sponsors helped grant these wishes. This event was full of girl power; hopefully, these girls will continue to feel like the princesses they are.
