Important Coronavirus COVID-19 Foster Youth Update

Important Coronavirus COVID-19 Foster Youth Update
To All Our Supporters,
We are aware of the ongoing issues regarding the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak and the challenges it brings for all of us. Our team at Foster Love - Together We Rise expresses deep sympathy for all those who may be affected by the virus. The health and safety of the youth and families we serve is our top priority. As we navigate how to support them during this outbreak.
We also want to ensure our supporters know that we are taking the necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our donors, volunteers, and team members. We are currently following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, as well as guidance from federal, state, and local officials to make informed decisions.
Foster Love - Together We Rise stands committed to addressing the changing needs of foster youth so if you are or know of a youth that is staying in a college dorm or university housing that has been shut down we will help provide/help find housing during this unknown time. Please contact us at info@familyfellows.org
We ask you to join us in supporting those displaced college students by donating towards an emergency fund we’ve started. (https://www.togetherwerise.org/help-displaced-students/)
As always, we appreciate your continued support and stay committed to helping youth navigate the foster care system in America.
Sincerely,
Gianna Mulkay , Executive Director
