Activities for Team Building with Channel Bakers

activities for team building

We love developing activities for team building and team bonding events. Our friends at Channel Bakers in Anaheim Hills, reached out to us to help inspire their team with a charity team build. Of course, we leaped at this chance!

Who is Channel Bakers? Why Charitable Team Building?

Channel Bakers is an Amazon design consulting firm based in Orange County founded by Josh Kreitzer. We connected with Channel Bakers through Josh who has a passion for philanthropy and corporate social responsibility. He came to us with the goal to energize his staff with a team building event that gives back to the community. Lucky for Josh and the Channel Bakers crew we are experts in charitable team building.

The Game Plan- Fun Team Building Activities

Our events team excitedly planned several team bonding games for this event. They meticulously curated the event with games that take, intelligence, skill, and tact. When we arrived at the Channel Bakers headquarters, our staff got to work setting up the team build. There were several games lined up that included an overarching scavenger hunt ending in a bike build. The games included a siamese twin balloon popping competition, nerf gun battle, a gummy bear catching challenge, and our favorite game (drumroll please) a miniature bike relay race.

30 of Channel Bakers staff came together to participate in the team building for good event. We divided the staff into smaller teams and the games were on! Once the teams collected all their clues, they hit the bicycle track and let us tell you. The Channel Bakers teams were in it to win it! After the race was won, winners were awarded trophies and bragging rights.

The evening ended with all of the teams coming together to build over 30 bikes for youth in foster care. It was a nice way to wrap up a work day.

In Conclusion

We’d like to thank Josh and the Channel Bakers team for helping us create a fun team building experience for everyone. The bike build benefits children from the SBCC in Long Beach – South Bay Children’s Center.
