Charity Team Building Activities in Downtown LA

Picture this, a beautiful night on a rooftop patio, in the middle of Downtown LA, people taking part in charity team building activities for good. All of the city is just an abundance of light and you’re helping the community. This is a thing of dreams!

On April 11th in the heart of Downtown LA, Foster Love - Together We Rise and over 600 participants assembled Sweet Cases for BCBU’s Stronger Together event. It was a magnificently positive experience, whenever a group of that size comes together the feeling of goodness is overpowering.

The Foster Love - Together We Rise team arrived at the event early to help set up. Because there was a bit of wind coming through the skyline, we made sure to find ways to keep light items down.

The participants trickled in slowly and before we knew it, the place was packed. Everyone who helped was excited and motivated knowing that these Sweet Cases were going to kids in LA.

So, now that the build is complete the Sweet Case duffle bags get donated to kids in foster care. The benefiting agencies are Alternative Family Service and Berthe Group Home. Both local agencies were overjoyed by the donations and couldn’t wait to give the duffles to their kids. A small reserve of Sweet Case duffle bags was saved for individual requests from foster families locally.

The event was a great success, everyone in attendance had a splendid time. We’d like to thank BCBU for hosting such a mindful event and welcome any way we can help in the future.
