Team Building Activities for Adults

0

Finding team building activities for adults can be stressful. This week we helped Tarkett and their team in Arlington, Texas with orchestrating team building activities for adults. The team of 55 people came together for a fun bike and skateboard build for foster kids.

Who is Tarkett?

The Tarkett group provides custom flooring to industries both commercial and residential in size. Their website sites,

At Tarkett North America, we believe that together, we can make a positive impact on people and the planet. That’s why we’re Doing Good—Together, connecting our sustainability efforts with what our customers value and our world needs. It’s an active, living commitment to create a future where people and the planet prosper in balance. Where sustainable flooring solutions don’t just perform. They inspire.

So, it was not a surprise that they chose to invest in a charitable team building activity for adults in their office.

The Fun Team Building Activities for Adults in Action

The Tarkett team build took place in a hotel convention room, making the set up a breeze. With team builds it is great to know the audience demographic. With Tarkett, their team is mixed in age and having a mixed build of bikes and skateboards is challenging. But not too difficult.

Together the Tarkett team of 55 assembled 28 bikes and 28 skateboards. It was wonderful seeing people come together for a good cause and problem solve through the task at hand. The bikes come with specific build direction, which helps. The boards can sometimes be confusing for non-skateboarders. So it was great to see people find the solutions to build the boards.

In conclusion, we want to thank the Tarkett team. Because of their team build children in foster care get new forms of fun and transportation.
